Office location: San Diego

I believe in providing the tools necessary for solving present and future issues. My goal is to discover what works for you through processing thoughts and emotions. I believe each individual has their own way of identifying a problem, coming to terms with their unique situation, and using their personal strengths and capabilities to resolve them.

My role is to keep you on track and provide an empathetic ear, new perspectives, and potential solutions. Counseling will be a collaboration between you and me, where I will be the main guide until you are confident enough to take the reins.

I specialize in three specific populations: cross-cultural issues, high conflict couples/families, and individuals/couples who feel stuck. I have extensive personal and professional experience in each of these areas, and my main goals are to support you in gaining clarity, learning effective communication, and discovering solutions.
