Caldwell-Clark, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking to fill up to three (4) part-time paid positions for Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapists. Weekly group supervision is provided.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirements include: (1) Current, active Associate (formerly Intern) MFT registration in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (note: those whose applications are pending will not be considered). (2) Strong clinical skill development, including an understanding of systemic treatment approaches and cultural competency. Preference will be given to applicants with training and experience in Emotionally Focused Therapy or other couple models. (3) A defined area of clinical preference or specialization, evidenced through advanced training or clinical experience. (4) An understanding of, and fit with, the Caldwell-Clark mission and services.
COMPENSATION: Starts at $25/hour of client contact, adjusted monthly based on client load. We proudly #PostThePay in support of fair wage and employment practices for counselors and therapists.
